graduated onboarding · one decision per tier
welcome · four tiers · no quiz
start as a watcher. graduate to a sandbox operator. own your engine. grant a lease for live. each step asks for exactly one decision. the manual override and revoke switches are present from tier 1 onward.
four tiers
| tier | decision | what happens | cta |
|---|---|---|---|
| tier 0 · watch | no signup | open /foundation. read the proof tape. see what the network refuses, signs, ships. | go to /foundation |
| tier 1 · sandbox | pick a strategy | privy email · embedded wallet auto · paper agent on a zero-hosted shared sandbox pool. ~60s. | pick a strategy |
| tier 2 · own engine | deploy | railway one-click · docker run · or local. the cockpit auto-pairs over signed heartbeat. ~90s. | go to /deploy |
| tier 3 · live | grant a lease | small cap, time-boxed, revocable from the cockpit at any time. paper-default everywhere else. | grant a small lease |
why one decision per tier
the friction is the cost. most platforms make you decide ten things before you can watch the system run. zero inverts that: you watch first, then sandbox, then own, then go live. each step is one decision. the override is always present. the lease is always revocable. the wallet is always yours. this is the constitutional contract (article i.1, article ii.1).
